Yes, BuffMePlz the developer of AI maps has been officially retired.
He announced on his blog that he will no longer be developing AI
maps. Indeed, it is a very frustrating and a very sad news for us all
in Dota community who was keeping the dota in touched in a past
few years. Though, we thank him so much for his JOB-WELL DONE
for making the best dota AI maps just for us. We wish you all the best
